The way my hands help!
Helping Hands 518 is a massage service in the Capital Region area offering in home and in studio services, working with individuals of any age from infant to elderly, any individuals with any mental and physical disabilities, individuals with injuries, aches and pains, or individuals who just want to relax!
I have been in the medical field since 2007 which has really given me the out look to try to help the body and show attention to the issues that the body needs and try to improve them. My goal is to make it easy for you and your family members to relax and have no stress or hassle in your day. You don't need to pack up equipment, bags and kids to make it to your appointment on time. I will be packed up and will head out to the comfort of your home. Just call and make an appointment and I will be there!
To make things easier you will benefit from:
~ A professional traveling to you and it will allow you and your family
to be able to take a deep breath and relax at home.
~ Having various options for payment available.
~ Having comfort in my 15 YEARS of experience in the medical field
and working with people that have special needs.
~ Having more comfort from my table that can raise and lower
on one side for people who have trouble laying flat.

KEEPING IT SAFE!
During this crazy time we all have to be extra cautious especially with family that has a low compromised immune system in it but no matter what I still want to continue to bring help and comfort to families.
I want you all to feel comfortable with me entering your homes!
To ease all minds I will be...
- Getting a Covid test done every two weeks.
- Cleaning table before and after every massage and of course new clean sheets.
- I will be changing my clothes before every massage.
- Wearing a mask for each massage.
- Taking temp before entering your home.
